Highly recommend Dixon Fitness Co. It has honestly been such a game changer! The workouts and meal plans were super easy to follow, and I started noticing results really quickly. My energy levels shot up, I’ve lost weight, and my mental health has improved so much. I feel stronger, happier, and just so much better overall. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Matthew is very friendly and understanding. His communication is great and regularly checks in on how you’re doing and feeling. He offers a range of different workouts to do at home or in the gym to fit around your free time and even provides alternatives for workouts you may struggle with. He is always there to answer any questions you may have and offers his advice and support. Got me back into the correct head space again to continue on my fitness journey.

I would 100% recommend Matthew as a personal trainer. His approach is exactly what I need — supportive, understanding, and completely tailored to me. He really listens when I’m struggling and never puts pressure on me, which is something I’ve experienced with previous trainers. Instead, he encourages me in a way that feels positive and motivating, not overwhelming.
One of the things I value most is how easy it is to be honest with him. I can talk openly about how I’m feeling, both physically and mentally, without any fear of being judged. That makes such a difference, especially on the tougher days when motivation is low and I’m struggling emotionally.
He’s also knowledgeable about menopause, he knows more about it than I do! It’s such a relief to have a trainer who genuinely understands what I’m going through personally and will adapt my workouts.
Working with Matthew has made a real difference, not just to my fitness, but to my confidence and overall mindset. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
